This is a 1960s - Kalamazoo USA By Gibson KG-2A Electric Guitar. Tested and works on all settings when plugged in. I won't guarantee the electronics long term due to age. I think this was last set up around 20 years ago. Pickups measure 6 8 ohms measured at the output. Vintage players grade kalamazoo body. It was refinished. Original maestro vibrola holes were filled and holes for a bigsby b5 were drilled. Original route looks right. The bridge studs look modified. A non original non tailpiece bridge is included. It has an original bottom plastic strap button. It also includes the original neck plate and screws. Ships fully insured and packaged with care

Neck I got in a trade that I don??t have a use for at the moment. Seems to have been refinished at some point. There is a bit of a lip where the finish reaches the fingerboard and they taped it off, could use some sanding.

Throw it on a Kalamazoo or make a new body for it.

1930's Kalamazoo KG-31 Made by Gibson. This is a husk and is not working, it is being sold as a project for parts or for repair. There is no hardware included
A few previous repairs have been performed. A loose back brace, along with side cracks, were glued and clamped. Works and plays great when strung. Neck is straight. Original truss rod cover. Newer kluson supreme 6 in line tuners. It looks like the curve of the headstock was cut so part of the kalamazoo logo is missing. Serial number in back is still intact. This ships fully insured and packaged with care

I'm cleaning out a long closed Western Ma. luthier shops inventory and will be selling a lifetime collection of mostly vintage musical instruments and parts. Today I have a Black Kalamazoo KG II pick guard that is marked 67, but I can't verify this. I'm pretty sure this will fit many 1960's versions of this Gibson made budget line electric guitar. Vintage 1930s Kalamazoo KG-31 archtop acoustic guitar made by Gibson. This1930s KG-31 is all original except for the pickguard and the pickguard hardware. The old Kluson tuners work pretty well considering their age. The Brazilian rosewood bridge is set as low as it will go, but despite the low bridge height, the string action at the 12th fret is fast enough that the guitar is very comfortable to play all the way up the neck

This is an original 1960s Kalamazoo KB bass pickguard (made by Gibson in Kalamazoo). It is in pretty bad shape, glued together in various places, with cracks, slight paint residue, split screw holes and minor warping. Have a good look at the images all damage / repairs is there to see. However, it is an original 1960s part and could be used if you have nothing else (you could also strengthen it with a backing of some sort) or as a template to make a new one.
