At the flip pf a toggle switch you can have compression with indefinite low end sustain to clean midrange and high treble tones. This is a vintage 1978 Gibson RD with its original hardshell case and the original warranty card. The serial number 72268108 breaks down precisely via Gibson's official YDDDYRRR dating system to indicate that this guitar was manufactured on August 14th, 1978, at the historic factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and was the 108th instrument stamped that day. This listing is for two original Black Gibson 0-5 Guitar / bass knobs from the late 70's - 80's. These were only used on the Artist series of guitars and basses. They're pretty rare. These are in nice shape with minor nicks scratches, and dings. Not too yellowed.

Original vintage 70's chrome plated Gibson Bass bridge in vintage condition. Original equipment for many Gibson basses of that era. There's scratches, wear and pitting in the chrome plate. There's rust on the screws but everything works. Studs are NOT included

I don't feel that I can describe this RD any better than the photos do, pretty nice right? I'm the second owner of this guitar and it has been in the case since I bought it from the first owner, a lama farmer living up in the mountains, who brought it new. Moog circuit fully functional and sounds real sizzly. Please review all photos, if you want more just ask. Thanks :)... more

NOTE: The original Moog system is fully functional, however, there is one intermittent issue that I want to disclose. There is a loose wire under the circuit board that will need to be addressed. I or anyone else have not attempted to find it and left it alone. When using the Moog toggle position pointing closest to the end of the guitar only (just this one position), the signal may cut out if the guitar is bumped or shaken.
