This guitar is in good shape for its age, and there is aonly small dents on the body because of age, and minor surface finish chips not deep on the both sides of the neck as shown in picture

Pearl white finish, HSS Jackson labeled pickups and Jackson labeled licensed Floyd Rose tremolo system. frets are in good shape neck is straight, . its ready to go!

Vintage Black 1987 Charvel Jackson model 3B Neck-Through Bass Guitar with Original Hard Case.

The guitar was made in Japan. Pickups are labeled EMG. Serial number is located at the bottom of the fretboard

It is missing the back cover plate. It has a few dings and buckle rash, but otherwise looks good for its age. Case is ugly and a bit beat up but solid.

This listing is for one (1) Gold Charvel TM San Dimas waterslide decal. YES, the carrier film is the shaped material that forms the visible outline. You don't cut this out like homemade decals. I never had a problem applying these.
I will note that because these are old and dry, I dip these in the bowl for about 10 seconds then remove and let rest for 1-2 minutes to really allow the adhesive to liquefy. Using a decal setting solution like Micro Set really helps too. I used one recently ... more

what we have here is a slight mystery
When I acquired the guitar, i was told that the original owner had bought this guitar brand new in LA in 1983, used it for years in the studio where someone carelessy broke the headstock and as such it was replaced with a "Made in Japan" charvette neck
Now whether it is a genuine American Charvel with a different neck OR Japanese made Charvette, i honestly cannot say
