Vintage original Gibson L5 gold plated archtop tailpiece. This tailpiece is coming from a large lot of Gibson factory worker parts that I am currently going through going back to the late 1970??s early 1980??s. If you look at the picture in the light you can see the L5 imprint at the bottom along with the lines on the top. I assume this to be new old stock having never actually been used on a guitar. Up for sale is a 1962 Silvertone Model 612 Archtop Guitar W / Hard Case

This specific variant is historically interesting because the Model 612 was only manufactured for roughly one year (spanning from the Fall / Winter 1962 Sears catalog to the Spring / Summer 1963 catalog) before being discontinued, making it a relatively rare find among vintage Silvertone archtops. Vintage Archtop Guitar

Quirky old 1972 Guyatone with a booster switch and two p90s. They run on the hotter side especially with the booster - love using the neck for jazz and there is heaps of depth and personality in the tone but it was actually intended as a rockabilly guitar. If you put roundwounds on it, it sounds great playing twangier, snarly material.
