Guitar is in decent condition, everything works. There are surface scratches and a few nicks and dings throughout the guitar (pictured). There is a small crack in the plastic on the 5 way switch. Alvarez Jumbo 12 String model 2551 from the 1990's Silver Anniversary Series. It's hard for me to imagine a better sounding 12 string at this price and I may kick myself for selling it. Jake Wildwood had one of these awhile back and it can be heard on YouTube sounding just like this one in my opinion. Tons of volume and very responsive to a lighter touch with warm complex tones. 1980 - Alvarez "Tree of Life" Acoustic Guitar with Hardshell case This is a nice and clean vintage 1980 Alvarez dreadnought acoustic. Marked "Made in Japan " . Spruce top. Original Tuners. Straight neck and nice frets. The action is super nice and low: High E @ 1 00mm at the 12th fret and the Low E @ 1 50mm at the 12th fret.
