When I acquired the guitar, i was told that the original owner had bought this guitar brand new in LA in 1983, used it for years in the studio where someone carelessy broke the headstock and as such it was replaced with a "Made in Japan" charvette neck

Vintage Peavey Horizon 2 HSH. A lovely USA-made Peavey with all the mojo of the era. Matching headstock. The HSH configuration gives a lot of versatility and it sounds great! Just been re-strung and is playing well. In good vintage condition - as is photographed there is some wear consistent with age on the finish largely on the back of the guitar and nothing that effects playability.
