Beautiful 1978 Gibson Dove. The guitar sounds and plays incredibly well. It has been played over its lifetime and shows wear as a 45 year old guitar should. Hard to feed the serial number but it's there. Years and years of a capo being stored and removed from the headstock has caused the paint to faded away over time. The owner was not happy with the tone of his brand new Strat, so he immediately sent the bridge pickup out to Seymour Duncan to be "Seymourized " . Up for sale is a beautiful 1978 USA made Fender Telecaster in the rare Antigua finish. The color is hard to capture in a photograph and looks even better in person. There are some very light finish lines that you can see from certain angles (pictured) but from the front they are not very noticeable but it is there. I much prefer these early cabinets without the centre post as it seems to allow the baffle to 'breath' more
Unfortunately the original pulsonic speakers are long gone but the speakers in there sound very very good!

1978 Musicmaster with custom DiMarzio hi-output pick up.
A little road worn, a little beat up as shown in the pictures.
The guitar itself plays amazingly well. Low action and easy to play.
Some rust to original screws on the scratch plate, some chips to the paint and some marking to the lacquer on the rear due to misguided use of gaffer tape in my teens.

This is quite a unique amp which has been lost to history. Information is a little hard to find, but what I have found on it has been very positive.

Greco Les Paul made in November 1978 at the FujiGen factory in Japan. Pickups are the original Maxon prototype pickups made on Halloween 1978. This guitar has loads of mojo and sounds like an old school Les Paul should, with plenty of bark and bite.

Japanese made in 1978, the FST-70 was the a mid-teir model from Fernandes. Glossy Vintage White finish on what's likely an alder body with a medium profile one-piece maple neck, it weighs 3 5kg's. This one appears to have the original alnico pickups with just a replacement volume knob and replacement string trees. The previous owner removed the headstock logo however the neck stamps are all still in there to help us ID it.

A very uncommon build from the Greco Original series of 1979. The Brawler is a compact, nimble design with a modified "tulip" ash body with a set maple neck and 24 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length), weighs in at a reasonable 3 8kg's. Loaded with a pair of original Maxon single coil pickups and the famous GO style floating tremolo system (missing the arm). Made by the Fujigen in May of 1978, the MS-1000 was Greco's flagship Mirage / Iceman model identical to the guitar played by Rick Nielsen at the famous Budokan shows in 1979. Mahogany body with a slim 60's profile neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (44mm nut width, 628mm nut width), it weighs 3 9kg's. Loaded with the original Greco PU-0 pickups, Greco PAT tuners and the original harmonica bridge and ornate tailpiece.
