Selling a beautiful, great playing and sounding and very fun Gibson SG 100 Guitar in Walnut finish
Guitar is in very good condition only due to some surface nicks, and some finish cracks at the base of the neck. These don't impact the playability and seem stable. (pictured)

Early 1972 Gibson SG Special in Cherry Red. Made in USA. The cherry red has faded to a dark walnut color. However, there is still evidence of the cherry red underneath the pickguard, pickup mounting rings, and the back of the body and neck is slightly more red than the front. 1972 Gibson SG Deluxe with hardshell case. Burstbucker 2 and 3 from a 2022 Custom Shop Made2Measure. No structural repairs, straight neck set up with 10s. Plays beautifully with a snappy response. Can get the action very low before fret buzz becomes a problem. Frets have light wear but no deep divots. Resonant one-piece mahogany body. Weighs 6 8 and has no neck dive issue or any other issues to sort out

Dates to 1972 / 3 based on spec, as you will know the serials are vague. The guitar is the SGIII, which was top of the range and rare, with only 1000 ever being produced as a test bed for newer models. Only a few were made in cherry sunburst too.
No neck cracks or breaks!
She is in amazing condition for the age, with just a few marks mainly on the neck rear and lacquer checking on rear of body contour.
