This is the neck from a Commodore N25 electric semi acoustic. Made by Matsumoku in Japan circa 1972. Similar to necks fitted to other brands made at the same plant including Ventura, Univox, Epiphone EA-250 etc. Missing all parts (no truss rod nut, no tuners, no logo), so sold for parts only. Has a long finish crack along one edge, though this appears to be in the red finish only. You can clearly see the unracked yellow base coat below this. I got it with no electrics or pick ups. it also had no tuners
It's obviously old and reliced but I sanded down a bit anyway. I installed new electrics and some humbucker sized P90s (all I had in). I also bought the tremelo arm. The frets were polished and levelled

Bass guitar body from a 1970s Japanese made Eros Jazz bass.
1970s , I have seen the same on basses branded Columbus, CMI, Maya amongst others.
Used condition, a past owner stripped the finish and varnished it , its not the best job but does nicely highlight the 'sandwich' style body wood with maple veneer front and back - see pics. There are dings and scrapes, sanding marks, varnish inconsistencies and other marks and age as pictured.
