This is an original 1959 Fender Tweed Champ amp 5F1 w / an original Jensen speaker dated to the 47th week of 1958. Its factory label is perfectly intact & dated ??IB?? for February 1959. The tweed covering is a bit tired mostly on its bottom side in need of some re-gluing. Its grill cloth is quite nice. 1959-1960 Fender Bassman 5F6-A Amplifier

This vintage Bassman has the original tweed covering, grill cloth and all of the main components are original. Some capacitors have been changed. One of the speakers was bad and has been replaced, but the same style Jenson from the same year was used. I got this Jazzmaster in terrible condition in a "red candy" terribly applied finish, but luckily the cavities still had the original finish and the pencil marking "7 / 59" which you can see on the photos
