This is a 1958 5F8 Tweed Twin chassis. Serial #A00053
Obviously, its pretty rough, but it works, and it screams.
When I got it (chassis only), it had been neglected for years and was a mess. It needed a full cap job, new 3 prong cable, fuse holder, a few of the pots replaced, 1 input jack, the rectifier socket, and little bit of wiring cleanup work.

Available is a 1958 Gibson ES-225 vintage guitar in a classic Sunburst finish. I purchased the guitar about 25 years ago in stripped condition without parts. Structurally, it's in great condition with minimal lacquer finish checking. The neck shows no signs of breaks. There is slight crack under the low E tuner that's stable and hasn't increased since I've owned it. It's got it's share of nicks and dings.

Here??s a very rare one. One of the first double cutaway Juniors from 1958. Only a few were made with the enlarged pick guard like this
It has the earliest serial number I??ve seen on a double cutaway Les Paul Junior
The pick up may have been rewound as the solder joint looks re-done. The pots have 1957 date codes
