Obviously, its pretty rough, but it works, and it screams.
When I got it (chassis only), it had been neglected for years and was a mess. It needed a full cap job, new 3 prong cable, fuse holder, a few of the pots replaced, 1 input jack, the rectifier socket, and little bit of wiring cleanup work.

Structurally, it's in great condition with minimal lacquer finish checking. The neck shows no signs of breaks. Restored about 12 years ago in California. This Bass has had quiet a few changes including a professional re-finish to the body and a pro re-fret. This is a Harmony H1310 that was upgraded to a H62 by JuniorWatson. Hi friends! i'm looking to sell my SUPER RARE 1950s Watkins Westminster Guitar Amp (Possibly 1958).
The red and cream tolex covering matches other ??58 models I??ve seen (red with black dots, rather than red with cream dots), so we can assume this is 1950s, but hard to find another example like it. and the handle design also lines up with the 1950s versions (i've attached a screenshot of another super early 50s watkins with the same rolex covering - this might be one of the earliest watkins ... more
