The speaker has been replaced with a great sounding 6" (same size as the original of this year) Weber "signature series" speaker, the electrolytic caps have been replaced. The Harmony H62 (c. 1957)?? Basically the poor musician??s Chuck Berry guitar. Big sexy full-depth round cutaway electric archtop with single coil Gibson pickups. For sale this very rare 1957 500 / 5 , with the oval tone plate . Both rosewood pickups have been rewound and it has a refret from an excellent luthier. Original pots which are date stamped . It is in very good condition for its considerable age and has its original winter case
I am aware of only one more in the UK so a true collectors piece .

Very cool vintage 1990 K-Serial Fender MIJ ?57 Reissue Stratocaster in cool two tone sunburst. It??s an early Fender Japan Stratocaster built at the legendary FujiGen plant (no date on neck heel). When I purchased this guitar, it was %100 all original, showing very little sign of wear, except that the tunershad suffered the all too common problem of the plastic buttons having rotted away to nothing, these have been replaced with new, year correct Klusons, the originals are included but need new buttons, which are readily available. Selling my original 1957 Fender Musicmaster! It's in good condition for its age, a few plectrum marks etc but overall very clean. The electronics are all original, and the 57 stamp can be seen on the neck heal. There were contours added at somepoint in the 70s so it has been refinned in the same colour as before (desert sand)
