Here we have an awesome Masco MA25N from early 1954. 25 watts Transformers have matching 409 date codes. Amp has been completely restored with a couple of mods and is plug and play ready! Amp in stock form has 3 identical channels. I changed out 2 of them to give you three completely different preamp circuits. Channel 1 is the stock grid leak biased Masco. This guitar and its original case are time capsules. The original stencil artwork looks as it did when new in 1954. Case does have a little wear around one of the edges, and there is a puncture as shown in the picture. Other than that, the case is an amazing condition. And the coloring is superb for being 75 years old. the guitar has a few nicks and scratches in a couple places as I've shown in the pictures, but in general, it is an outstanding example of the first year. Silvertone 1375 (early U1 series) made by Danelectro of Neptune New Jersey in either 1954 or 1955. The pots date to 1954. It's a solid body guitar with an aluminum bar that runs from the neck through body. It has a red tolex covering on the body and a white Lightning Bolt Silvertone logo on the headstock. ONE 1954 5D6, 5E6, 5E6-A FENDER Tweed Bassman TRIAD 2820 output Transformer. This is a clean working unit. There is a bit of varnish on the leads from the V P.I. process where transformer windings are submerged in hot varnish and then pressurized with air to force the varnish deep into the windings. This is a vintage 1954 Fender 5D3 Tweed Deluxe that came right before the 5E3 iteration. And yes, it still retains its original canvas cover from Victoria Luggage Company in Los Angeles, California. Here we have a wonderful vintage 1954 Fender Deluxe 5D3 Amplifier! This wide panel tweed model is in very good overall condition and good working order. It is serial number 3665 and has DL stamped on the tube chart. The speaker code is 220446 and the transformers look original. It has a replaced handle. Original 1954 Stratocaster pickup cover in polystyrene (aka "Bakelite " ) used only for the very first years, from 1954 to early 1957
The remaining structure is in good condition with no cracks or repairs. The top side has been lost over the years, however it is usable because the side part protects the winding leaving visible the black base of the pickup exposed (see the photos of the cover installed on the pickguard)
