Last year for Matsumoku guitars, this 1987 Spectrum 2 showcases their build for a shredding superstrat guitar. Very low action and heavy metal tone Is just what the doctor ordered. A great player with several bumps and chips as shown in pics but just cosmetic. Very little fretwear on neck. Missing Allen wrenches, locking nut blocks and screws and no trem arm. Weighs in at 8 5lbs. Plays out nicely. Comes with rough OHSC but protects guitar.

Manufactured between 1970-74, the 5020 is a maple hollowbody shortscale (30, 5 " ) with rosewood fingerboard and sunburst finish. It is in beautiful condition, only a couple of very small cosmetic details can be seen around the body (see last couple pictures) , but it is virtually in mint condition. All frets, fretboard, neck, body, and parts in impressive condition despite being built over 50 years ago. The only bad thing is the bridge cover: it is not original, but a very similar one

you must see and look at all the pics, its fabulous. with a aged / yellowed finish
has the usual paint cracks in the neck pocket, but there surface only, definetly no cracks to the wood!

Very nice Japanese made vintage electric guitar, Matsumoku factory, 1984 sorta time. Been competently stained and refinished at some point a fairly long time ago, and worn in subsequently. Stock MMK pickups with coil splits on the toggles. Fingerboard freshly oiled, frets freshly polished, takes a low action great. Current amp demo guitar, probably be sorry to see it go, but I'm a bass player

Incredible condition Vantage Avenger. No chips. All original, with the transparent rubber ridged knobs. Serial dates it to September 1984. Push pull on the tone controls. I salvaged this bass as it was rotting and rusted out. I stripped it's rotting paint then used black matte spray paint
The paint cracked creating a texture that resembles lightning so i kept it

Solid body and a straight neck. Lovely quality, would be great for a custom project, but can also be played just the way it is.
The pickups are not the original ones, nor Super Distortion pickups, but they look pretty similar and they are quite old. They sound good too
The previous owner stripped the black paint from the body and lacquered it. It looks okay but it was not professionally done.

Aria Pro II Cardinal series CS-350 in See Thru Red. Made in 1981 at the Matsumoku factory Japan. Really cool guitars ( Kurt Cobain played, smashed and burned a CS-250) and are one of the best guitars to come out of Japan in this price range.
