1965 Magnatone Zephyr project guitar with the original hard case. Pickguard has chipped off on the edge (see picture). Front pickups is 10 4 ohms and bridge is 10 1 ohms. I do not have the neck plate or bridge. It looks like the bridge was filled in with wood putty but it comes out easy. The case is original and very hard to find. Very cool project guitar.

Travel back in time with this cool old amp. It's branded as an Estey T-32. At the time, the Estey organ company owned the old Magnatone guitar company, so the same amps could be branded Estey or Magnatone or even some other brand names.
I've dated it to 1968 from the speaker. The 12" Realistic (Utah) speaker is coded 328-824 for June 1968
I powered it up over two or three days with a Variac. Amazingly, this old gem still works.

Also the top panel came off. Looks like no wood broke, just separated. An easy fix for anyone who is handy. Ive used this for many recordings and home use. Always carried it like a baby. Nice old fender speaker too. 1956 jensen p12q (400 - 600 dollar value).

This is an early-to-mid 1960??s Magnatone Zephyr, model X-5, electric guitar made by Magnatone of California. It features a solid, double cutaway, poplar body, and a black finish with gold sparkles. The case has a few cracks seen, and the green cabinet wrap has chipped in some places.
