60's / 70's Teisco, Kawai, Kent, / others electric guitar pickguard. Made in Japan. Not sure what this was removed from, so match yours up wth the pics. This is an original chrome all metal guard not a reproduction. It has scuffs and scratches, but is not warped or bent. Overall a very usable pickguard for your project.

- Neck pickup with mounting screws and bushings. The housing was broken into several pieces during shipping. I glued the pieces back together using plastic epoxy and repainted it. Not the greatest paint job, but it can be re-painted easily enough. The pickup measures 4 9K.

The bottoms are a little rusty , but the chrome plating is good . Removed from a late 1960s archtop hollowbody electric made by Teisco. The name plate is missing, so I can't be any more specific about the brand.

Cool vintage made in Japan project guitar!
This guitar seems to be in good shape but is missing a few parts. It is missing the 2 pickups, a spring and arm for the tremolo / vibrato, and 1 out of 2 nuts on the back of the headstock that holds the string tree
The guitar hasn't been set up but the neck looks to be in good shape and all of the electronics and knobs are in place. It should be able to be playable with a set up and pickups but it has not been ... more

Superb guitar by Kent (On licence from Hagstrom I think) which I believe was manufactured between 1962 - 1964. Guitar plays well and is in full working order. Some small bits of the vinyl covering has been scuffed in a few places and there are two small metal pins near where the neck joins the body of the guitar. The tremolo arm is missing but these can be sourced online now and again. This is a rare guitar and is in great condition for it`s age
