Vintage 1963 Kay USA Archtop Guitar Wiring Harness. Has been tested and works (might have some slight scratchiness in pots and / or jack from long term storage). Has one Stackpole pot and one CTS pot. Both have solid shafts. Has a Switchcraft jack. Stackpole pot reads 111 8k on my ohmmeter (note that your ohmmeter may read slightly different from mine). Plenty of expected cosmetic wear expected with a 60-year-old instrument; rust and patina on metal surfaces, wear in the finish, dings and scuffs, some light fret wear in 1st position. It's missing a couple pickguard screws and the 5th string tuner ferrule. The truss cover screws are aftermarket. This example is probably the best playing example we have ever had. The action is low, neck angle is good and the playability is excellent. Set up with flat wounds, too!

Nice condition, all original and working as it should. I would say the only downside is that the tremolo arm gets loose rather easily, but it??s not that bad. If I missed any negative detail apart from the one I??ve mentioned, remember: it is used, and it is a vintage low cost instrument, so beware if you never owned one of these before.
But yeah, nice condition, serviced, and playing great.

Update: does not include truss rod cover as that was sold separately
Kay KB-24 bass neck, maple. The truss rod is threaded so it's beyond me to adjust but you might have the tools / ability to deal with it. It has a pretty significant back bow hence the truss rod being a problem. Otherwise in reasonable shape. One of the tuning pegs is a little bent but it all tunes up and hold tune OK. Frets aren't looking too bad, need a clean up to remove some corrosion but otherwise not bad. Needs some ... more

Kay KB-24 sunburst bass body. It's a PB style bass body. Year unknown. Fair few dings and scratches all shown. Will include the neck plate and ashtray bridge cover. There are additional screw holes where a modern PB style scratch plate was attached. These are covered by the original or vice versa

This is a 1980s Kay / Univox Effector. These are LP style guitars with built in effects, similar to the Les Paul recording model. This particular one is in players condition with some areas of paint loss, chipping and scratches on the body and neck - see photos. This does not affect playability.
