Has heavy wear, dings, and scratches from being played. Overall in great playing condition, fair physical condition. Guitar is covered in dings, scrapes, scratches, finish checking, and patina. Kay Stencil on headstock is in great shape. Mostly all intact. Bottom edge of body where tailpiece attaches has a chunk of wood glued in it to remount the tailpiece. Plenty of expected cosmetic wear expected with a 60-year-old instrument; rust and patina on metal surfaces, wear in the finish, dings and scuffs, some light fret wear in 1st position. It's missing a couple pickguard screws and the 5th string tuner ferrule. The truss cover screws are aftermarket. Listed here is this very good Vintage 1930's Kay Kraft Arch Top 8 string Mandolin! It has a sunburst lacquered and stenciled top, and laminated mahogany body. The f-hole top and Bakelite pickguard are decorated with elaborate gold stencil. The headstock is laminated with pearloid, and carries the Kay Kraft gold-stenciled logo. Nice condition, all original and working as it should. I would say the only downside is that the tremolo arm gets loose rather easily, but it??s not that bad. If I missed any negative detail apart from the one I??ve mentioned, remember: it is used, and it is a vintage low cost instrument, so beware if you never owned one of these before.
But yeah, nice condition, serviced, and playing great.

Kay KB-24 sunburst bass body. It's a PB style bass body. Year unknown. Fair few dings and scratches all shown. Will include the neck plate and ashtray bridge cover. There are additional screw holes where a modern PB style scratch plate was attached. These are covered by the original or vice versa

This guitar is only identified by the K on the scratch plate but in searching I believe there is little doubt it is the K-2T model from the late 1960's and quite rare with the Bigby style attachment. I have not cleaned it up or put new strings on it but if you look at the pics you can see it is in pretty good condition for its age, a few scuffs here and there and a bit of surface rust.
