Vintage! Kay Old Kraftsman 6 String Acoustic Parlor Guitar Tobacco Burst 1960's. I believe this is a kraftsman guitar   Definitely a parlor size guitar   The guitar is in very nice condition. One of the tuners is bent but still works. A few others are hard to turn. Bridge is very stable. Frets have very little wear. Nut looks good. The body has some wear around the edges but very solid. Nice condition, all original and working as it should. I would say the only downside is that the tremolo arm gets loose rather easily, but it??s not that bad. If I missed any negative detail apart from the one I??ve mentioned, remember: it is used, and it is a vintage low cost instrument, so beware if you never owned one of these before.

It's well used but it does have life in it for someone to start or even if you fancy a bit of like a restoration / design project to have a go at.

Great for a youngster or yourself to start without breaking the bank.

Im not convinced on the strings. I think someone has fitted electric ones and i can really tell if its supposed to be steel string or nylon. ... more

In working order and good overall condition for a used guitar, although I would say that for its age (being around 60-70 years old) it is in excellent condition
As the photos show, the item has some signs of cosmetic wear, mostly scratches on the body, which are perfectly normal on a used guitar. The frets are in decent condition for its age and still have about 50-40% of life left in them

For sale is a lovely vintage (1960s) Kay KC 366 classical / nylon string guitar
Has some really beautiful herringbone type binding that you don't see on many classical guitars, as well as a double pinstripe neck
Please see photos for condition - there is lacquer checking all over and some knocks etc commensurate age
Has a replacement machinehead and the nut has somehow cracked but is only cosmetic and doesn't affect stability or anything like that

Nice example of this iconic lawsuit era guitar from Kay. A rare one as they only made a few with no fret markers. But markers are down the side of the neck
In great shape for a guitar made in the early 70s. No major knocks or dings. Just some age related light marks and scuffs. Nothing serious.
Vintage tuners on a plate look nice . 22 unworn frets, 6 bolt neck plate, and it??s nicely set up too

Here we have a vintage late 60's (guessing based on serial number) Kay K-32 electric guitar that was oringinally offered through Woolworths. It is for further recommissioning. A very cool find, 1960s Silvertone badged Kay Vanguard II which has been modded and refretted. Plays great, rich resonant tone and sustain and stays in tune too When I got this it was pretty sad, frets filed flat slipping / missing tuners and a tremolo that knocked the strings out of tune when you even looked at it. And the nitro finish flaking and peeling off the neck every time you touched it
