Great playing, great sounding, great looking vintage SG. Some of the tags say 1974 but from what I understand the serial numbers from that era are a little random. Seems it's from between 1970 and 1975. It's stamped with made in the USA which means it can only be from 1970 or later.
Bought it through SAM ASH used but from the included paperwork (See photos) It seems to have gone through Chicago Music Exchange at some point. There's some kind of authentication document from them,

1983 Gibson SG Standard - 100% original
Here is a rare beast - A totally original, unmolested SG, and one of the nicest guitars out of hundreds that I've played over the last 40 years!
Made on February 22nd 1983, the 35th guitar produced in the Nashville plant on that day, this Gibson remains in its original specification with no repairs, modifications or replacement parts. 1970-71 Gibson SG standard
It??s got mojo!!!
Ok, so the guitar came to me as a complete body and neck, no parts at all, the finish had been stripped, and a heal repair had been done.
I strung it up and let it hang for a few months to see if the repair was stable as I??d not repaired it.
On releasing it was I decided to source all the parts and re build it.
Using nitro black paint I prepped, painted and polished the guitar.
