This came from the bridge position of a 1976 Gibson S-1. Same pickup as used on G-3 Basses. Reads 5 348 ohms on my meter with full length for (S-1) wire. This is from a late 50's or 60's Gibson EB-2 bass guitar. The pickguard is in solid condition and comes with its original bracket.
The bracket has some nice patina on it. It would polish up nicely if desired. The guard has some marks running the length of it. I tried to get them to show in the light. They are not scratches and not into the pickguard material. They are certainly normal playwear I just like to over-describe so there are no surprises when it arrives

We minor cosmetic damages shown. There was a chip on the left side of the head when I bought it and when the truss rod was fixed there was some bubbling on the neck and damage to the head stock

A really cool bass that was always in this shape. Owned for about 5 years and planned to redo it. Im more of a guitarist so Im thinning the heard. Looks great. I think the bridge is a dimarzio and there have been other pots once installed. The switches seem to be boosts for the pickups. And Volume for each pickup. No tone option. Another routes on the back. Gibson sticker gone. Some screws missing on the back and rusty input screws but everything stays together. Was also like that

I should start with the fact that I am not an expert in vintage basses. From what I can tell, this case SHOULD fit a Gibson EB-01 or EB-3 - specifically the ones the the tuners oriented back instead of out due to the narrow headstock width (see pictures for measurements). This came from the middle position of a 1976 Gibson S-1. Same pickup as used on G-3 Basses. Reads 5 45 ohms on my meter with full length for (S-1) wire. Gibson G2 Thunderbird bass in great shape with official case. There are some markings near the volume pots and a bit of wear here and there but overall in great shape and the Emg's are awesome in this. Original Gibson bass 2-point saddle / bridge with adjusters and mount bolts, clamp screws and Allen key
From a 1970 EBO bass (now upgraded with the superb Hipshot product). Not altered / re-machined as many are. Nylon saddles have been lowered a fraction, but that's fine because you can adjust the bridge up a bit to compensate unless you want ultra-low action.
Very difficult to find original complete bridges for the EB's these days.

Folks - an very rare genuine Gibson pickup here from the 1960's or early 70's. It is probably one of the EB0 fixed types, but the later adjustable pickups just had a very simple folded up steel mounting plate screwed to the pickup base. Easy to make. It says "1969" but that is the label that came with it

Thiscase shows minimum signs of wear around the edges, but is generallyin very good condition. All original latches and hinges work well The inside felt is also in good condition. My Epiphone SG and EB-0 (not included) fit well with neck support. Please check sizes

This is an original 1960s Kalamazoo KB bass pickguard (made by Gibson in Kalamazoo). It is in pretty bad shape, glued together in various places, with cracks, slight paint residue, split screw holes and minor warping. Have a good look at the images all damage / repairs is there to see. However, it is an original 1960s part and could be used if you have nothing else (you could also strengthen it with a backing of some sort) or as a template to make a new one. This is a Vintage Gibson EB 3 bass from circa 1972 in a lovely aged cherry red, the bass is all original with a very low easy to play action, it has a great sound with lots of options for multiple different tones with the 4 way switch 2 pickups and 2 volume and 2 tone controls. Everything works perfectly, there is no fret wear mainly because I always use flat wound strings.
