This 1965 Gibson L-48 represents the entry level Gibson acoustic archtop. Despite this, these guitars can have a really nice sound, and this one certainly does. With a mahogany top, the sound is certainly different than the usual spruce top guitars. Its not quite as bold and punchy as spruce with less mid focus. It's a nice variation for someone looking for something a little different than the common spruce top archtop

1936 Gibson L-50. Carved spruce top, braced flat maple back and a V shape profile mahogany neck. 100% all original hardware, no replacements and no reproductions. The vintage narrow frets and the bone nut are original. The machines are pre-war Grover G98s and work smoothly. The V shaped neck is straight and flat, the truss rod works. Vintage 1930s Kalamazoo KG-31 archtop acoustic guitar made by Gibson. This 1930s KG-31 has a bound neck and a bound pickguard and is 100% original. The old Kluson tuners work pretty well considering their age; the D an G string tuner knob shafts are bent. The Brazilian rosewood bridge is set as low as it will go. Good condition 1927 Gibson L-1 acoustic guitar. All original outside of of an added pickguard and replaced bridge. Intonation is where is should be, neck is nice and straight, original tuners rotate well and stay in tune etc. This example has a very nice dark brown color to the wood, and the patina is exactly what you would want out of a 100 year old instrument. 1967 Gibson LG-0 in all original condition, barely played in almost 60 years. All solid mahogany, ladder braced. Serial number starts in either 86 or 88 which makes it 1967, the year that the guitar was purchased by the current owner in the US

1920s TG-1 Gibson Tenor guitarPretty much antique, loads of patina, no structural issues
This is absolutely stunning, it sounds incredible I had the bridge replaced (the original was missing), a re-fret and all other issues resolved
It was brought back from it's half-life and now it is more than payable and one of the most attractive instruments I have had pass through my hands

Seriously great sounding 1966 Gibson J-50 in its original Natural finish. This example has clearly been well loved over its 52 year life. Neck angle is great with tons of life in the frets. Huge and open sounding and has a nice active pickup system installed. Overall in good condition with lots of play wear, finish checking, dings, dents and a few large top cracks that have been repaired. The cheap plastic bridge that would have come on this one originally has been replaced with a nicer rosewood... more
