The acoustic at one point was routed for someone to drop a loaded pickguard in it so it could be an electric acoustic
The bridge has been repaired at some point, but as you can see in the pictures, the peg holes will need some routing because some of the pegs can't fit in their place now

ich verkaufe hier im Auftrag eine Framus aus dem Jahre 1959. Ein Dachbodenfund. Die Mechaniken habe ich ersetzt, weil die alten verbogen und abgebrochen waren. Framus 5-150 star bass body.
Made in Germany in the 60??s

The top had the paint partially stripped off and has a few cracks (all shown in pictures) so it will need some work, but it will be worth it. Also, the union between the two sections of the top has separated, although the top itself is stable and solid, but still, it will need attention.
These vintage bodies are usually made completely out of plywood, so a solid spruce top is definitely leap in quality.

Up for sale is a lovely old Framus acoustic guitar. It has a normal 24 5inch scale

For an old guitar, the action at the 12th fret is good at about 3mm. It has a truss-rod, so can be adjusted further

Made in Germany in the 60??s

Very clean condition except on the neck joint section, which will need some work, and a new neck will need to be adapted / installed. The rest is in great condition, no separations, cracks, or big dents.

I was planning on turning this into a bass as close to original, but I??m selling it as I have too many projects and not enough time and space.

Original Framus Bass aus den 70ern, Farbe ist nicht original. Decals und Daumenstütze können rückstandslos entfernt werden. Roasted Neck in sehr gutem Zustand, polierte Bünde ohne jegliche Kerben. Steg PU ebenfalls vintage aber nicht original, passt aber sehr gut dazu. Rückseite zeigt die original Farbe.
