I don??t know much about this guitar but from what I can tell it??s pretty rare especially with the 5 tone switches. The swell knob works as well as the other tone controls. I??m not sure exactly how the 5 tone flip switches work but I know that they do work because the tone changes when I engage or disengage them in different combinations

Up for sale is a very cool German made Framus Caravelle hollow body guitar from the late '60s. This model is rare in general, but this version with the painted on F holes and orange finish alá the Gretsch Nashville is not only painfully cool, but outrageously unusual. This is an affordable vintage guitar with just as much tone and charm as the expensive ones.

I'm selling my Framus Cobra Amplifier in excellent condition with black panel, super rare to find one
The panel is original but as you know the Cobra has very poor silver coating on it so with humidity it tends to go away creating very ugly look. This is a mod that is common on this amp. I've only applied the Groove Juice Cymbal cleanerspraying on the panel and it magically changed the color and became black leaving the writing untouched. Now it's cool!

Original Framus Bass aus den 70ern, Farbe ist nicht original. Decals und Daumenstütze können rückstandslos entfernt werden. Roasted Neck in sehr gutem Zustand, polierte Bünde ohne jegliche Kerben. Steg PU ebenfalls vintage aber nicht original, passt aber sehr gut dazu. Rückseite zeigt die original Farbe. Framus underwent some changes in the 70s - notably pursuing a bolder path with regard to 'inspiration' from American guitars. Framus Starbass 5 / 156-62 von 1964, Nummer 15981-63C, vor gut 15 Jahren bei Ebay gekauft. Damals hatte er noch einen DIN Stecker, was nervte, so wurde ein Klinkenstecker eingebaut (siehe Foto). Es funktionieren nicht alle Pick Up Wahlmöglichkeiten und der Bass ist insgesamt auch leiser als andere Bässe. Ist eigentlich meine lieblingsgitarre und hoffe sie kommt in gute Hände. Sie läst sich sehr gut Handhaben da die Saiten jetzt tiefer liegen was früher bei diesen Modellen nicht üblich war. Die Brücke wurde ausgetauscht ( originele Brücke wird mitgeliefert) auch sind jetzt 2 GUTE Tonabnehmer und Schlagbrett dazu gekommen. Alles funktioniert. Durch den dickeren Hals läst sie sich sehr gut Greifenda man nicht so einen Druck auf die Finger geben muss! Es sind neue Saiten drauf ,sihe Foto. ... more

I purchased this 1957 Framus Upright Bass about 12 months ago with the idea of learning to play upright bass. Lack of time and other hobbies has meant it??s been sat in my lockup unused
I paid £550 so I??d like my money back but I??m happy to consider fair offers
All I know is that the bass is dated to 1957, it??s had a makeshift bracket fitted to the rear to accept a drum stand for it to stand on its own and it??s had a piezo pickup fitted to the bridge

This Framus J-370 must have been built between 1972 and1974. It seems to have the neck-pickup of the Framus S-370 / S-360, bridge-pickupunknown. The sound is open, wide, clear and punchy. Suitable for many stylesfrom Funk, to Jazz, Rock or Beat (listen to soundfiles). The instrument was partly restored with new but perfectly matching tuners, fix of neck-pickupmounting, cleaning and adjustment of tremolo. As a matter of course, overall action has been optimized

Die Gitarre ist so selten, dass sie im offiziellen Framus-Buch (??Framus Vintage?? von Volkmar Rudolph & Lothar Trampert) zwar ?? zusammen mit dem zugehörigen Bass, der genauso aussah ?? als Foto auftaucht, aber mit dem Hinweis: ??In keinem Katalog verzeichnet??. Ich biete hier eine sehr gut erhaltene Framus 5 / 155 "Strato 6" an. Die Gitarre müsste laut Stempel auf der Kopfplatte von 1970 sein (sehr schlecht zu lesen). Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, ist alles original, bis auf den Tremolohebel. Sie hat natürlich einige Abnutzungsspuren, das ist halt so, bei einer über 50-jährigen. Super Sound
