This is a great case that once housed a 1976 Fender Jazz Bass. This case fits a Jazz Bass like a glove and will also accommodate Precision basses and protect them safely. I have owned this bass since 1986. I bought it at a pawn shop in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. Since then it has gigged once. In 2013. Otherwise it has been in my home studio getting played very occasionally. It's in really excellent condition especially for an instrument this old. Any dings on the body I've taken close up photos of. I would love it if whomever buys it could pick it up but if I have to ship it I will pack it really well so it arrives in the same condition.

This is a well preserved 1975 Fender precision bass guitar that i believe when it was new it was in the color white and now over the years it has conformed to the yellow petina. For sure it's been sanded and nitro refinished in a gorgeous 3 tone sunburst as shown in pictures. I think that back in the days it was originally a natural finish body

If you are after a mint example then this will not be for you , this one has various dings ,scuffs from being used for the last 45+ years but looks to be all original - see photos .

Fender Precision bass guitar that belonged to Duncan ??Sandy?? Sanderson of the Deviants and the Pink Fairies. It appears that the guitars original finish has been stripped back to the wood. The serial number indicates that it was made in 1978, some years after his Deviants period. The letter S is the code for the decade of the 70's, and the way that Fender numbered their guitars meant that the first digit of the serial number equates to the last digit of that year, hence 1978.
