This is a 1958 5F8 Tweed Twin chassis. Serial #A00053
Obviously, its pretty rough, but it works, and it screams.
When I got it (chassis only), it had been neglected for years and was a mess. It needed a full cap job, new 3 prong cable, fuse holder, a few of the pots replaced, 1 input jack, the rectifier socket, and little bit of wiring cleanup work.

Gorgeous vintage rare cabinet. This was a matching cabinet to a fender showman 6g14-a. This is a total players grade piece. It is structurally sound but has had some mods. First off, tolex, grill cloth, logo, and handle are unoriginal. Looks like corners, input jack and wiring, and tilt back legs are original. This appears to be an October 1960 Pro-Amp 5G5 Sn. 00570. The date codes on many parts are from 1959. There are stamped date markings of 1963 on the chassis, however all features match the late 1960 model. For sale is my 1973 Fender Pro Reverb. This is a non master volume version with 40W of power. It has the obvious cosmetic aging that you would normally expect with an amp of this era which I think makes it look even better. The amp has been serviced in 2023 in which the filter caps and output valves were changed and the amp was biased. All the pre amp valves have also been replaced in 2025. It also has a new set of Jensen CK12s installed as one of the original speakers was damaged

A serial number check dates it at 1978. Some scuffs and wear but nothing too bad and good overall condition given its age. Some decent castor wheels have been added at some point but everything else looks all original I've used this mainly for bass and a little bit of guitar and it's always sounded great. Genuinely will be sad to see it go but I'm trying to clear much needed space so it needs a new home
