Believe it's a 1970(this is according to the guy I got guitar from). Rare wood choice on sides and back. It's over all in great condition and sounds amazing. There is some signs of age. The binding on the neck has some cracks and thers overall some cracking (see photos). At one time an electric pickup was installed and there is a small whole left from the jack on bottom side.

This is a wonderful old Fender Malibu acoustic guitar. Inspired by The Beach Boys and the Californian sun, the Malibu series of guitars were first manufactured by Fender in the mid 1960s, and then re-issued in the mid-late 80s. I am the original owner of this vintage Fender F360S-12, I only purchased this guitar to play Gordon Lightfoot -Sundown and Seven Island Suite it has hardly been used. On close inspection you can see that there is no wear on frets or anywhere on the guitar.
