Vintage guitars for sale: Eko Ranger

For sale locally is a vintage Eko j54. The guitar was the precursor to the Eko ranger and made in Italy before 1967. Later models were called eko rangers. The j54s were made with better construction and solid tops. Guitar plays well and the electronics work. All original with adjustable bridge. I havent seen one in better used condition. This is a cool vintage instrument. We just put fresh strings on it. Sounds and plays so good! Straight neck. Fully functional. Made in Italy. It has electronics. The jack has something a little off in that if you jiggle the cord sometimes the sound will cut in and out. It could be the tip needs pressed in more. Simple fix. Sounds good as an acoustic. This guitar has some dings and scratches over the years giving it character, but nothing major. Someone will love this blast from the past!

Very good condition despite age. It has a few bumps here and there, and a very visible crack in the top, as shown in the pictures (these cracks are extremely common in Eko acoustic guitars, as they are made of plywood). The truss rod cover is cracked as well. Apart from this everything else is fine, overall very good condition

A vintage EKO Ranger 12 string guitar; looks to be a 1970s version but no exact date present
The overall construction of the guitar is in solid condition but it does require TLC. There are cracks to the lacquer at the headstock and more significant areas of damage around the edges of the body. These screwed into fixed nuts (not included) that were set into the body of the guitar that allowed the saddle to be adjusted for height
