A great example of a late 70s ampeg B100 bass amp. I got this amp from an amplifier technician who moved shortly after its purchase. This amp served me well as my main amp for years until unfortunately due to its old age a single capacitor blew making it smoke every time it turns on.

Up for sale is a 1970 Ampeg VT-22 amp project. I went over the amp and cleaned it up and checked voltages. Both the power and output trans are in working order with 505 volts at the plates. The reverb tank also tested correctly and the springs are still intact. Here's a rarity. An Oliver Uniflex 1x15 combo. I believe this is a B-150 model although its not labeled anywhere. This might be an early build. No serial tag, hand written tube labeling. I've seen this exact writing on other Oliver's. This has a solid state rectifier unlike some other b-150s ive seen. Not sure if that was an option or if this is technically a different model. This 1969 Ampeg B-12XTC is in great condition. The grill cloth has been recently replaced with period-correct ampeg replacement. The speakers are newer Warehouse C 12-n (Jensen clone). All the tubes are new. The two prong plug was replaced with a grounded plug. Sounds and looks great. The only issue is that these amps are known to have a ticking sound when the tremolo is engaged (enabled with a footswitch) due to the funky circuit they used. You're looking at a very good condition 1970 Ampeg SVT "Blue Line" in very good condition. The amp works as should and seems to be all original. It even comes with the original vinyl cover. The pots and switches are a bit scratchy when turned or switched

TNot a show queen but a certainly a studio king. A 1962 Ampeg B-15N. Made here in Linden, NJ around 1962. Some of the pots date to late 61. This is prior to chassis serial numbers so its not as easy to date exactly. The serial number is present on the cabinet. There are many variations of the B-15N circuit in the 60s. This is the earliest N circuit. This one is interesting due to it featuring a 5U4 rectifier rather than the 5AR4 and power tubes are 6L6 rather than 6L6GC. In both scenarios ... more
