This is the earliest version made with a serial number of #0100 which was the starting serial number for all Ampeg basses, making this the first Ampeg electric bass made. It's all original and 100% complete along with its original chrome cover, hardshell case and the original paperwork that was included when sold new. Overall good shape for age. Definite signs of age. Measures around 2 7k ohms. You can faintly read JT stamped on the side, indicating Jazz Treble. While it seems low, the resistance is in spec with information for JT pickups on the Dan armstrong website. I am happy to point you in the direction of that information I??d curious.
