This old Lady is in fantastic condition. I have had a new switch fitted, the fretboard has been cleaned and oiled and the strings changed.
This sounds absolutely fantastic with an unmistakable sound.
There are of course marks, wear and tear as you would expect from a guitar of this age. But this only adds to the character.

High quality bass made in Japan for the high-end "Professional" line by Hondo Heavy and sturdy mahogany body, 22 frets
Date of manufacture is between the late 1970s and early 1980s
Original DiMarzio pickups, the strings haven't been changed in many years might have rust traces

This is a German made 1950s Archtop, tear drop hole Jazz Guitar
Absolutely Fantastic Condition, beautiful wood grain, sunburst. Certainly not free of marks, wear, and patina expected of a guitar of this age. "The Michigan" really has a great deal of character and the finish has aged wonderfully giving it that vintage charm
