Stunning example of a Pre-CBS Fender Duo-Sonic. Most of the wear looks as though it's from sitting in the case as it's not in the usual play wear areas. The body colour was changed many years ago from sandy / yellow to the clear dark wood lacquered finish

Seriously great sounding 1966 Gibson J-50 in its original Natural finish. This example has clearly been well loved over its 52 year life. Neck angle is great with tons of life in the frets. Huge and open sounding and has a nice active pickup system installed. Overall in good condition with lots of play wear, finish checking, dings, dents and a few large top cracks that have been repaired. I bought this 1972 Les Paul Deluxe cherry sunburst serial # 681234 in 1989 in S California (I returned to UK in 2022). It is unusual, and very rare, in having an 'extra' pearl trapezoid inlay at the first fret. I contacted Gibson who confirmed it was a non-standard, custom order, but could give me no further information as their records don't go back that far. The only photos I've seen of a Deluxe with the extra inlay are of Pete Townsend playing a gold top in New York and France in 1974 - ... more

Selling my Fender Telecaster 1971 / 2 Sunburst + Artist Provenance + Hang Tags
It's a 1971-1972 transition era guitar so it still has a nitro finish (although fairly worn, but that adds to the mojo!) and other CBS features before Fender changed production. This is essentially 60's spec for a fraction of the price

Epiphone Riviera E360TD: Serial Number 856040 Kalamazoo Factory Michigan 1966. The guitar was purchased from ??Vintage and Rare Guitars??in Bath in 2002 and has hardly been out of its case since then. It was built in 1992 and is probably the cleanest 1990's EDS-1275 we have ever had in at Gas Station Guitars - it has been very well looked after.
