Top boost, vibrato / trem, foot switch, original Celestion Alnico Blue speakers
Serviced professionally in November 2025, including full valve test, full connection check, replacement of capacitors, cleaning and lubricating of all sockets, pots and switches, soak test at full power for an hour
Some minor cosmetic wear and tear of the cabinet, as seen in the photos. Tolex etc all original

Folks - an incredibly rare genuine Gibson pickup here from the 1960's when the units were not adjustable. Compared to the later pickups, this does not have a back-plate allowing for adjuster springs so must be an earlier fixed position type. It says "1969" but that label came with it.
Either way it is a genuine thundering Gibson bass "Sidewinder" (also known as 'Mudbuckers' in the US - I tend to agree), with its original chrome cover.

Folks - an very rare genuine Gibson pickup here from the 1960's or early 70's. It is probably one of the EB0 fixed types, but the later adjustable pickups just had a very simple folded up steel mounting plate screwed to the pickup base. Easy to make. It says "1969" but that is the label that came with it
Anyway it is a genuine thundering Gibson bass "Sidewinder" (also known as 'Mudbuckers' in the US - I tend to agree), with its original chrome cover.

Original Gibson bass 2-point saddle / bridge with adjusters and mount bolts, clamp screws and Allen key
From a 1970 EBO bass (now upgraded with the superb Hipshot product). Not altered / re-machined as many are. Nylon saddles have been lowered a fraction, but that's fine because you can adjust the bridge up a bit to compensate unless you want ultra-low action.
Very difficult to find original complete bridges for the EB's these days.
