Gibson EB-0 bass from circa 1966. Serial number dates to Kalamazoo, MI, USA, 66-68, buts pots are dated 48th week of 1965, so '66 is very likely. All original, electrics untouched and no breaks or overspray to the original beautifully checked / glazed nitrocellulose finish. Has the original felt "mute" under the strings which is a bit stiff, but I rarely use it. Truss rod is free and working perfectly with lots of adjustment left, though it shouldn't need any unless a major ... more

A beautiful vintage 1982 Ovation Custom Balladeer. 1612 model. The guitar is structurally solid and in remarkable condition, considering it's age. There are a few light marks commensurate with age. (Please see photos as they form part of the description). There is a crack in the lacquer near the bottom of the bridge. This is only in the lacquer and has not affected the soundboard. There are no cracks to the soundboard. There is a brass nut. The original nut is in the case. The Truss rod is ... more
Selmer Treble N Bass 50R SV Guitar / Bass amplifier in excellent working order. Both channels working as they should. Reverb working. Case has been re-covered at some point with a thin vinyl covering, which now looks rather tatty (but I think also rather cool). I've had this for a number of years. I have replaced the standby switch and fitted new chassis bolts but it hasn't needed much else despite being checked over by an amp technician (Axe management, Edinburgh). Tubes are a bit of a ... more

The pickups sound great too No buckle rash and only a minor ding and a crack in one of the volume knobs (both pictured - volume knob is still solid) Any questions just shout Thanks!... more
Lab Series L7 guitar combo amplifier. This is a spectacular amplifier, designed by Moog for Gibson (under the brand name Lab Series). BBKing used the L5 (2x12 " ) for live performances. This is the L7 and has 4x10" speakers (albeit, I sometimes switch to a separate 1x15" cab) The amp has a distinctive sound and an amazing clean (mosfet) headroom. The compressor does not work, but is likely fixable. Pots have a little bit of roughness when they are moved, but not much (these have been recently ... more
