The frets were professionally removed and filled by original owner. Looks like it would be from the factory. Very smooth. There is a Crack down the middle at the higher frets (see pic) also professionally repaired

Vintage 1979 Peavey T-40 bass. Definitely a working man's bass, complete with dings and scuffs, plenty of character for a 45 year old bass. Electronics cleaned, both switches replaced, neck crack by tuner glued solid, bass set up in August 2024, ready to be gigged.

For your consideration is this 1982 Peavey T-40 bass guitar in near mint condition. No dings, dents or scratches. Bass was just re-fretted and plays great. Electronics work exactly as they should. Two volume controls-two "tone" controls-3 way pickup selector and a phase switch. The tone controls actually roll the pickups from humbuckers to single coils. 1982 Peavey T-40 with Hoxey Aluminum Neck 9 5?? radius, 34?? scale length currently set up for Drop C with D??Addario 50-120. The nut is a GraphTech Model 1205-00 if you wanna set it up for a different string gauge. Body in worn condition as expected of a 40+ year old instrument. These aluminum necks start at $500. These first-generation cases have the dark reddish-brown plush interior, rectangular metal latches, and the classic molded Peavey logo on the shell

This bass has been refretted with dunlop 6100s and refinished with amber- gunstock color tinted poly.
All electronics and pots are refreshed with 500k cts pots and currently wired as double humbucker setup (Volume - Volume - Tone - Tone) I have all of the original parts which will be included along with original hardcase

1986 Model, in very good condition for year, works perfectly. Two channels, which can be combined via the three button Voodoo Man included footswitch. Both the clean and overdriven channels are highly adaptable. The clean goes from crystal bright to crunch and the overdrive channel is capable of high levels of saturation.
