I just polished the frets, conditioned the fretboard and set up with 10-46 gauge strings.
It??s ready for a new home.

Selling a *phenomenal* player ?83 LP Custom in Silverburst. Seriously, this belongs on stage or in a world-class studio.
Pickups are original (still have the stickers on the PU rings) and they scream. Amazing low and smooth action. The flip-out tuner arms are all present and functional, if you dare use them lol.
I spent literally 21 years looking for a Silverburst (since Aenima came out!) until I found this one. Unfortunately a year later I ended up permanently disabled and can??t play. ... more

Mahogany top, back & sides
It sounds and plays as one imagines that a great guitar of this vintage would. Clearly balanced with noticeable richness. It's in good condition for its age with quite a lot of expected dings, scratches and wear - adding lots of character
There are 2 impact dings (pictured) on the bottom bout side that do not go completely through the wood. Both are not visible on the inside

The sound has the qualities that only come with aged wood and lots of playing. It has beautifully resonant volume, tone and sustain - all with a remarkable ease of playing in all registers

Up for sale is a '74 Fender Telecaster Custom in Natural finish. This guitar is in "player" condition. The body has extensive finish checking and dings. If you are looking for an authentically relic'ed Telecaster Custom, this is it. The neck is in great shape. There is some finish that has flaked of at the 12th, 13th, 14th fret ends on the top of the neck, one small scratch at the 12th fret and that is about it. This is a beautiful thinline hollow body guitar and the black pickguard / housing is not cracked which is rare in this model I do not know if the case is original or not. I will fill this case with the guitar and tight bubble wrap to protect the guitar during shipping. The volume and tone knobs were a little crackly at times but they seem to work fine now. Here??s a rare Vox Phantom IV bass from the mid-60??s. This model was especially associated with Phil Volk of Paul Revere and the Raiders, nicknamed Fang. Wear and tear as shown, all latches work, everything appears original.
This is a great case for any original mid 60s Gibson SG- Standard, Special, Junior, or Melody Maker SG.
The exterior is sort of a black-pebble texture.
