This is one of two left-handed Gibson SG Custom guitars ever produced in this configuration. In May of 1968 two of these SG Customs shipped from the Gibson factory. Right from the start we have an incredibly rare axe.
Also In 1968, Jimi Hendrix was at a jam at Ungano's in New York. He was playing with Elvin Bishop and B B. King. He was playing a left-handed Pelham Blue Gibson SG Custom with a Bigsby.

I had it inspected by Moze Guitars in La Mesa California and was told the neck is straight and does not need a reset, the bridge appears to have been shaved down a bit though, but guitar plays great with no fret buzz anywhere. Im selling my Hagstrom H-22. This classic guitar. If you like 60's Epiphone and Gibson necks then this one's for you. known for a dry / boxy sound good for bluegrass. Fretboard with the nicest rolled edges (better than my Epi) and fretwork is up there with the greatest. Back of neck is smooth, not worn, ding free. The nickel tuners are the best open gear i've ever seen. Period. I really love the minimalistic "no dot" fretboard and black-white rosette and binding. A really classy folkster.... more
