A condition, it??s been tucked away in its case for decades. Hasn??t been sitting out in a stand or hanging on a wall.
There is one mark on the back of the guitar documented in the photos and a chip at the top of the headstock. The gold plating has very little rash which you can see if you zoom in on the appropriate photo.

Super Clean 1970 Fender Stratocaster Case (1967-1972). I've owned this case since 1977 when I purchased a 1970 Strat with this case from the original owner. In 1982 the Strat was stolen out of a bar I was playing at and I've held on to this case ever since. Time to let her go

This is a 1965 Harptone Acoustic Guitar. It has the classic Headstock and 0 fret. It has no cracks Less then 200 were made which makes them rare. The back is pressed wood like an archtop made with Mahogany The top is made with solid spruce which has large marks all over likely from regluing the bridge. So the big news on this one is there is a crack on the headstock. I had it strung up with some medium gauge acoustic strings and it never seemed to bother it at all but the crack flexes a little bit when torqued upon. I have not screwed it down or glued it which would likely help. The truss rod I imagine is holding it in tighter then it would be if there was not a truss rod and I assume there is a truss rod because there is a truss rod plastic cover although I have not removed it.
