1980's Steinberger GL1 Hardtail Pre-Production Restored by Babicz!
One of the earliest Steinbergers ever made! One of the first 100 P-serial number Pre-Production GL1's. Hardtail model unlike later iterations. This is Steinberger GL-4T, Vintage (1987, we believe) Headless, Six String, Electric Guitar with the TransTrem System includes a 'D-tuner', which will take the guitar down 1 step, from E to D. Made in the 1980??s. Steinberger stock bridge. Sounds and plays so good! Straight neck. Fully functional. Slight cosmetic flaws, nothing major. Comes with case and paperwork. Has strap locks. This is a weird rarity few have ever had the chance to have their hands on. If you??re a collector I??d be surprised if you see one of these available for sale again
