That's very pretty clone of the Gibson Hummingbird produced by the global musical instrument company this does not have strings on it but the neck looks straight can I give you a lot of pictures to survey the condition. The rear piece of wood looks very good and uncracked and the sound board on the front also looks good with no cracks showing. This could be stringed up nicely and make a great player... more

1974 Gibson Hummingbird Custom with a Natural finish. This guitar is all original with no repairs or issues. It is in excellent condition. The top is very clean with only minor marks visible under direct lighting and a couple pinpoint dings. There are a few lights scuffs on the sides of the body from handling. 1968 Custom Gibson Hummingbird rosewood cherry sunburst. Serial number 687340 the 1st 2numbers are the year it was made Excellent condition 1 owner- very possible you will never see another 57 yr old guitar in this condition. The neck is straight as an arrow, back of body and front of body perfectly flat. 1969 Gibson SJN. Wide Nut. Player wear. Repaired top crack on treble side (look at last photos). Changed tuners. Nice sound and playability. Comes with an older chipboard case. See photos for overall cosmetic condition. Just set up and serviced.

Same basic appointments as the Hummingbirds of the year except for the decorative pick guard. More affordable version of essentially the same instrument!

Great playing guitar. Loud and bold and great for picking as well


Weight is 4 8 lbs


Overall, the condition is good. Some checking on the top. Light marks on the body and sides. No serial number on the back of the headstock (not sure on the story as to why). I believe this guitar is a 1976 but not 100%. Some wear on the front and back of the headstock. Light fret wear

Gibson "Chainsaw" case (as it became known) hailing from the Norlin era, as supplied with Gibson guitars from late seventies through eighties.
These were premium cases of the day with a moulded ABS construction and replaceable hinges, they were not cheap, and even at this price we are selling at less than cost

1963 Hummingbird 100th Anniversary LTD Edition Acoustic guitar (1994)
In 1994, Gibson released several limited-edition 100th anniversary models. Including the Gibson 1963 Hummingbird 100th Anniversary. The example shown here is number 38 of only 100 instruments built.
It differs from a classic hummingbird in some details. Back and sides are made of beautifully flamed maple. The body itself is slightly thinner. It also has a long scale length of 64 7cm / 25 4 " .
