This is a vintage Gretsch 7628 Committee guitar, made in the DeQueen, Arkansas plant, circa 1978. The Committee was a bright spot in the Baldwin era - one piece maple / walnut construction with walnut body wings and a rosewood board, these guitars were well-crafted, nicely detailed, and they play like tanks. Travel back in time with this old electric lap steel guitar. The headstock top is branded MASTERTONE SPECIAL. It was built by Gibson, at its old Kalamazoo, Michigan factory.
The factory order number F(or E)7812-6 is stamped on back of headstock. That exact number is not in Spann's Prewar Guide to Gibson, but it's listed as in the 1942-1945 era. I think it's the same as the model EH-100, Gibson's low end lap steel

Up for purchase is a 1963 Airline combo amplifier. It has a two tube design, featuring a 12AX7 preamp tube and a 50L6 power tube. Here is an unbranded tenor banjo, likely from the 1920s or 1930s. 10-3 / 4" pot. Skin head. Bell brand tailpiece. Rim is about 7 / 16" thick. 21" scale. It is not currently in playing condition. Vintage Traynor ts-10 practice amp. Works. I don`t know the specs, I`m sure they are online somewhere. It is listed as a project because it looks like the original speaker has been replaced by a cheap taiwan speaker, which sounds ok but as loud as this amp goes could probably use an updated speaker. Yet another tale of woe from the Shine household. This 1965 Jazz Bass was stripped, modified for a different pickup, and has had what looks like a dozen different pickguards on it. Otherwise, has scratches, scrapes, dents, dings, and wear.

I bought this as a restoration project but it needs some care that I can't provide. As far as I know, this guitar is from the 1950's and is an early model Zenith. Nothing I've looked up can provide me with further details since the serial number is difficult to find and is likely not in any registry I've come across. We think the serial number says M511, but we might be wrong. I had it checked at a guitar shop and they told me the same thing.

A quirky public address amplifier dating to the 1950s. This would have been part of a large projector system, and it seems to have PA and recording options of some sort. The power amp valves present are:
1 X Brimar 12AU7, long plate, hard to tell but I think a square getter 1 X Mullard ECC83 standard plate, halo getter1 X Mullard ECC83 long plate, halo getter
Other valves are:
1 X Brimar 6X42 X 6BR7

This a set of sides from a late 50s to early 60s Harmony Stella H922 000 size 12 string guitar, good overall condition, no cracks, this guitar had a ton of thick brush on finish applied over the original finish, it was a terrible job. I stripped the finish off with chemical stripper, so the original wood thickness remains in tact, I didn't sand this. Anything remaining will clean up easily. Made of solid birch.

This a back from a 1951 Harmony Stella H929 parlor guitar, Good overall condition, no cracks, finish is cloudy in some streaky areas. Looks like someone perhaps spilled alcohol on the guitar and rubbed it around to wipe it off, just a guess. Made of solid birch.

This one has a steel reinforced neck. Finish loss on headstock and sheen a bit uneven on the back but a good project candidate still

1976 Fender Precision maple neck. It was fitted with a rosewood fretboard but that fell apart during heat removal process to replace the truss rod and wasn't salvageable
The luthier I had working on it decided it needed more room for a bigger truss replacement but during the process advised me that the bill was going to be high and recommended I source a replacement. For sale is my Kay Effector Electric Guitar - From the 1970's / 80's. I will start by saying I do not know a huge amount about this guitar, however it certainly is very interesting and unusual with it's built in effects and headphone / amp outputs.

Made in Japan by Fernandes during the 1980's when P-Project guitars were primarily custom orders made to customers specs. This is a PUM-4 model bass with a dark brown stained mahogany body with a maple neck and 24 fret ebony fingerboard, it weighs 4kg's.
