This is the best year for these as far as investment goes. Yes, it is a great playing and sounding guitar in excellent original condition. Finding one of these that has not been stripped of it's electronics and magical pickups is pretty rare today. Add these are the hottest pickups we have seen in one of these w the bridge output of 9 1 and neck at 8 3. Not cheap but well worth the price
