It was well packed and promptly shipped. Not only did I get the guitar in excellent condition, but I also got all the accseries shown in the ad and even some stuff I wasn't expecting. Nice hardshell case, stand, strap, tuner, wireless, a cute little amp with cool effects. All this for less than $250. The guitars alone are around $200. dinosgu16 did an excellent job. Safe, honest seller!!

We reached out to the seller about a price adjustment, since we needed the guitar as a gift for an occasion, and they only offered a return, which would have left us in a pickle. It was an ‘09 guitar, so my expectations were not mint, but the damage was extensive: deep marring on neck and scratches all over. Disappointing experience.

It arrived in a short period of time after purchasing. The sound hole pickup and control had become dislodged from it's mounting during shipping, but was able to be maneuvered out and repositioned again and worked fine.
