The guitar arrived in perfect shape even though it was listed as open box it looked brand new not a scratch on it ,never played in the original box with original paperwork. A great price also.     this shop was very communicative, the shipping was super fast, & item came as described and worked well, the only thing is that there were a few chips on my guitar but I could tell that the damage wasn’t their fault it was during shipping that it got slightly damaged and they still offered a partial refund of abt 17%.     Great clean, great dirty, small footprint, cool looking, plenty loud, what more do you want?

    Really great amp...I have split coil pickups Tele, and I can go clean or dirty just with the split coil switches and volume knob on guitar. The cranked volume overdrive is boutique-level sweet and smooth, not at all harsh like some 6V6 amps. The master volume works well, tone is consistent at all volume levels. Supros are known for a big midrange tone, and this amp is no exception, but I'd say it leans toward the lower end of the midrange so just sounds really huge, lots of bottom, and so I dial down the bass knob on the amp quite a bit (which doesn't make it thin sounding because the midrange is still very full) because I want zero competition with bass guitar / kick drum, but that's just me--bedroom players tend to want a thumpy bottom and you can get that with this amp in spades.
