That is completely false. Buyer asked several questions before purchase and I answered every one. there was plenty of pictures provided with item. 14 to be exact, which would provide plenty of detail. As soon as he purchased he wanted an eta, as soon as he got tracking he wanted to know if he had to sign. As soon as it was delivered he was dissatisfied. These are the buyers I can’t tolerate on eBay.
