I purchased this item knowing of the damage. The seller contacted me and claimed it was further damaged packing it to ship. We had a contract. I ask to send me pictures as I was still interested in the item. I got no reply to that. I felt he should still honor our agreement. These instruments sell regularly with the damage he described. By him not replying or reposting I feel it was sold for a higher price. I gave a positive review because I have no way of knowing. He did issue a refund.
