The packaging was spot on, despatch quick and trackable with it arriving bang on time. Communication with Dominic is quick and positive. All round a totally top product at a fantastic price from a top seller deserving more than 5 stars. The packaging was superb and the guitar arrived safely, even with a hole in the box. My only criticism is that the item was listed to have a new set of strings on the guitar and this hasn’t been done, however I put that down to the quick postage of the guitar. Sad to read you're disappointed with the strings. Please let me assure you they were a brand new, fresh out of the packet set of strings from Thomann, which were fitted the day I listed the bass. OK, so they might not have been the brightest of bronze strings, but I promise they were brand new and a whole heap better than what was on there! Best wishes, Dominic
