    Locking tuners are essential on models with a Bigsby tremolo

    The product quality was less than I'd hoped for because the inserts were too high and had to be ground down in order to insert the strings. I used these on my Epiphone ES-345, it is possible that the headstock may be somewhat thicker than other guitars, but the holes in the post were too low, and I had to re-work the bushings. Also there was some problem locking the 1st and 2nd strings, as they slipped. I doubled the string through the post to eliminate that problem. Otherwise these look like the original tuners and the screw holes were properly positioned.
