Due to bad packing, one of the transformer’s mounting tabs penetrated the exterior of the box and was badly bent over. I contacted seller and told him problem was due to his packing. He never acknowledged this even though I sent pictures. He did offer me a refund, but I needed it for an amp I had. I offered to straighten out the tab but he said that if it broke off, it was MY problem. Despite this he was hostile and wanted to alter the item and demanded we take the full risk for his alteration. Obviously, that was not agreeable.
