    Shipping was horrible, used cheapest shipping possible, causing package to be undelivered and still held up for 7-10 business days in a UPS facility trailer w/116 degree heat index + humidity for the past 5 days. Seller refuses to remedy situation via messages etc and expects me to pay for return shipping for receiving absolutely nothing. Been with EBay for 21 years and this seller is the worst seller I’ve dealt with in those 21 years. Thank goodness UPS, EBAY and PayPal are protecting me .

    We state in all of our listings, that we use signature required, to protect both you and us. That way it doesn't get left on a front porch. You were not there to sign for the guitar, THAT is what caused the delay and your issues. It's unfortunate that you have been so combative and nasty throughout this process. We would have loved to work something out, for you.
