    Quite honestly this is in my top 3 best eBay transactions (I have been a eBay member since 2002). First, the communication was awesome with seller replying to my questions/request within 1hr satisfying my request to show me evidence the M28 batteries will hold a charge. If the seller was not willing to work on my request I would not have purchased this Milwaukee M28 Hammer Drill.
