      This seller was highly communicative and helpful and I will be happy to buy from them again. Item (vintage office chair) was exactly as described in the listing and in her follow-up messages. In fact, it was cleaner and better than expected. Shipping costs were high, but my vintage item arrived in PERFECT condition. I would trust shipping my own sister in the packaging my chair came in LOL. I've done cheap shipping and received broken vintage items, so I'll say the cost of shipping was worth it.
