After a minor faux-pas with address labels on my part, the item was finally collected by a company that sound a bit like "Partial Farce", for 24hr delivery. The following day they refused to deliver in the rain. The next 2 days they failed to locate the premises that they regularly deliver to. Resolved by personal collection from their depot.
